have a good friend Nick Mcgrew back with us on our weekly

He is a
multifamily investor, broker, and consultant and specializes in
market analysis, received his Juris Doctorate degree from
Pepperdine University School of Law at Pepperdine. He studies
business entrepreneurship and real estate and took classes from the
world-renowned Stratus Institute of Dispute Resolution as well as
Jeffrey a Palmer Center. The owner and founder
of Polymathlegal, where he handles transactional matters in the
areas of real estate and business. He holds active Bar licenses in
both California and Washington State, and he holds a California
Real Estate Broker License.
