The company provides real estate investment and asset management services to accredited investors, private wealth advisors, and family offices. The company maintains its competitive advantage by operating in niche real estate markets.
John Brackett is CEO responsible for
the strategic direction of the company. Prior to FBP, John was a
commercial banker for ten years with an emphasis in treasury
management and commercial real estate finance. John studied finance
at San Diego State University and banking at The Pacific Coast
Banking School at
the University of Washington. John is a member of the International
Economic Honor Society and holds a
California real estate broker license.
